To support its ongoing digital transformation, we are looking for an ERP System Administrator and IT Project Lead to strengthen its business application landscape.

ERP System Administrator and IT Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and the ICT department to shape and implement the company's digital strategy and technological roadmap.
• Identify, assess, and propose new digital tools and applications aimed at optimizing operations, enhancing automation, and supporting scalability.
• Manage and oversee IT projects with a focus on ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, SAP, Oracle), Business Intelligence platforms, digital archiving tools, and CRM solutions.
• Administer the ERP system and related applications, ensuring accurate configuration, secure access management, and overall system reliability.
• Partner with various business units to collect functional requirements and translate them into effective and scalable IT solutions.
• Monitor project milestones, evaluate potential risks, and manage changes in alignment with both internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Provide ongoing functional support and serve as the go-to person for departments working with ERP, BI, CRM, and digital archiving platforms.
• Ensure that IT systems and technical documentation are aligned with internal policies and comply with regulatory frameworks (e.g. GxP, data integrity).
• Take part in audits and collaborate with Quality Assurance to uphold system validation and compliance standards.

Your Background:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ERP systems in a structured environment.
• Proven operational and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX, with both technical and functional proficiency in day-to-day usage.
• Demonstrated experience leading IT projects within mid-sized or large companies; familiarity with regulated sectors is considered an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of GxP principles and experience ensuring IT compliance in regulated settings.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and to drive cross-functional digital initiatives.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
