Your profile:
- Training and professional experience as an installer, also mechanic or mechatronics engineer from other professions
- Experience in plastics processing (plastic welder/adhesive)
- Confident language skills in German, both written and spoken
- PC knowledge (MS Office, Outlook)
- Management experience with up to 10 employees
- Physical and mental resilience
- Independence in thinking and acting
- High decision-making and assertiveness skills
- High flexibility and ability to work in a team, strong communication skills
- Driving license class B
Your tasks:
- Fitter/technician for prefabrication in the workshop
- Management of the workshop team
- Repairs, modifications and conversions to water and wastewater treatment plants
- Plastic welding, manufacturing and assembly of pipelines and small systems
- Repair of technical systems and recommissioning
- Carrying out maintenance services and troubleshooting
- Recording and analysis of problems on site including finding solutions to resolve them
- Representation of the warehouse department
