The Golf- und Land-Club Regensburg is now looking for a dedicated

Employee (m/f/d) for the club secretariat

full-time or part-time (at least 32 hours per week)

Founded in 1966, the club is a founding member of the Leading Golf Clubs of Germany. Its workplace is the Jagdschloß. The club currently has over 1000 members and offers an attractive working environment in the "green”.

Your tasks:

• Welcoming and looking after our members and guests
• Assisting with the organization and implementation of tournaments & events
• Handling the game operations
• General secretarial tasks and maintenance of social networks
• Preparation of bookkeeping for the tax consultant
• Support with marketing measures

You bring with you:

• Ideally professional experience in the golf industry. In any case, sound commercial training. Career changers are welcome!
• Enjoy dealing with people, you live the service concept
• Reliability and an independent way of working
• Positive appearance
• Good PC skills in MS Office applications are essential.
• You also have a commercial understanding of cash accounting and preparatory work for the tax consultant
• If you are also flexible and able to work under pressure and if regular work at weekends during the summer months is not a problem for you, then you should introduce yourself to us.
