For two high-performance clinics in Titisee and Rottweil, we are looking for an experienced and strong leader as Cluster Chief Physician for Gynecology and Obstetrics as of 15.02.2026.

In this responsible position, you will assume overall medical, organizational and economic responsibility for both locations and strategically develop the service portfolio.

• Overall medical responsibility for gynecology and obstetrics at both locations
• Operative activity with own surgical spectrum
• Management, motivation and further development of medical and non-medical staff
• Further development and harmonization of medical concepts, processes and quality standards in the cluster
• Ensuring high-quality, guideline-compliant patient care
• Strategic further development of the department including service planning and profile development
• Close cooperation with clinic management, nursing service management and other specialist departments
• Representing the department internally and externally (e.g. referring physicians, cooperation partners)
• Participation in the on-call/background service

• Specialist in gynecology and obstetrics
• Several years of experience in a senior position (chief physician, senior consultant or similar)
• Broad surgical spectrum in gynecology, ideally with specialization(s)
• Leadership skills, organizational strength and economic understanding
• Willingness to work across locations
• Team-oriented, communicative and assertive personality
• Interest in strategic development and innovation
• Proof of measles immunity in accordance with legal requirements
