For two high-performance clinics in Titisee and Rottweil, we are looking for an experienced and strong leader as Cluster Chief Physician for Gynaecology and Obstetrics as of 15.02.2026.

In this responsible position, you will assume overall medical, organizational and economic responsibility for both locations and strategically develop the service portfolio.

• Overall medical responsibility for gynecology and obstetrics at both locations
• Surgical activity with our own surgical spectrum
• Leadership, motivation and further development of medical and non-medical staff
• Further development and harmonization of medical concepts, processes and quality standards in the cluster
• Ensuring high-quality, guideline-compliant patient care
• Strategic development of the department including performance planning and profile building
• Close cooperation with hospital management, nursing service managers and other specialist departments
• Representation of the specialist department internally and externally (e.g. referring physicians, cooperation partners)
• Participation in the on-call/background service

• Specialist in gynecology and obstetrics
• Several years of experience in a leading position (chief physician, senior physician or similar)
• Broad surgical spectrum in gynecology, ideally with a focus (s)
• Leadership skills, organizational strength and economic understanding
• Willingness to work across locations
• Team-oriented, communicative and assertive personality
• Interest in strategic development and innovation
• Proof of measles immunity in accordance with legal requirements
