We are looking for a part-time 60%-80% medical assistant (m/f/d) for the gynecology / OP admission secretariat at the Titisee-Neustadt site as of 01.01.2026.

• the organization of all telephone and written correspondence
• Writing doctor's letters, surgical reports, medical reports, etc.
• Monitoring and coordinating appointments
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• archiving patient documents preparing and conducting medical consultations.

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f) with professional experience in secretarial work

• Good knowledge of medical nomenclature and experience in writing general correspondence independently

• Ability to work under pressure, independence, decisiveness, reliability and flexibility
• A high degree of organizational ability, commitment and sense of responsibility as well as social skills
