This is what awaits you as our new Product Owner UX & UI Designer:

• You are part of the product management team and play a key role in the development of new features.

• Accompanying the entire development process: from gathering requirements from the customer to the release, including internal and external communication.

• Creation of flowcharts, prototypes, and UX/UI concepts to ensure an optimal user experience.

• Planning and execution of usability tests to gain valuable insights and incorporate them into the design.

• Monitoring of feedback after the release to verify the originally defined goals.

• Conducting user research, including interviews, personas, and customer journeys to make data-driven decisions.

• Technical review of your concepts in collaboration with developers and management of tickets.

• Close collaboration with departments such as development, support, sales, and marketing.

• Initial experience in project management and enthusiasm for coordinating processes.

• Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative user tests.

• Confident use of tools such as Sketch, Jira, and Confluence for efficient collaboration and process management.

• Willingness to occasionally come to the office in Traunstein for team events.
