For our "Industrial Engineering" department, we are seeking a full-time Industrial Engineer specializing in Production Mechatronics (m/f/d) to join Gentherm Präzision SE at our Treuchtlingen location as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities:

• Systematic analysis of existing fully automated assembly and testing processes and the resulting implementation of optimizations and further developments
• Independent monitoring of production (OEE) and implementation of corresponding measures
• Supporting production in resolving complex malfunctions in production equipment
• Conducting scrap analyses
• Supporting production in maintenance work
• Participating in the industrialization of new products
• Implementing optimized work standards and ensuring their effectiveness through training measures

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in mechatronics, electronics, or another equivalent technical qualification
• Further training as a technician or many years of experience in automation technology
• Basic knowledge of programming with Siemens S7 TIA Portal
• Proficient use of automation technologies such as industrial image processing, robots, and... Anyfeeder
• Flexibility, Teamwork skills, initiative and commitment
