We're looking for reinforcements for the IT team at a chemical company in Troisdorf. Direct hiring is possible.

Your tasks

• Optimization of the security architecturefor IT and OT infrastructures and continuous development
• Technical and economic management of international cybersecurity projects, including resource and budget responsibility
• Operational and decision-making responsibilityfor mission-critical security infrastructures, e.g., firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security
• Coordination ofincident response and crisis management processes
• Collaboration with SOC, management and other departments
• Advising top managementand deriving and implementing technical risk assessments, decision-making bases and governance measures
• Technology scouting and global security strategy developmentin close cooperation with international teams and stakeholders

This will inspire us

• Completedmaster's degree in (business) information technology, IT security or comparable qualification (certifications e.g. CISSP, CISM)
• Several years of professional experience in global IT/OT security environments
• In-depth knowledge of thearchitecture, implementation and operation of security solutionsas well as incident response management
• Experience inmanaging complex security projectsand dealing with governance, risk and compliance requirements
• Strategic thinking, analytical strengthand consulting skills
• Very goodknowledge of German and English
