Job description
- You will be responsible for the careful planning, professional installation and smooth commissioning of IT devices and network infrastructure, as well as the customised implementation of user-specific IT solutions including regular hardware and software upgrades
- In addition, you will integrate additional software modules, such as implementing specific macros or setting up efficient database queries in order to continuously optimise internal processes
- Comprehensive functional testing, structured test operations and the successful introduction of completely new IT systems into live operation are also part of your responsible tasks and duties
- In the course of your work, you will support the users:
- You are responsible for the consistent implementation of all necessary IT security measures, which also includes the development and implementation of reliable backup solutions to protect sensitive company data
- Finally, you provide direct support for all of our client's users in the effective use of newly introduced applications and are responsible for the needs-based implementation of individual training courses and workshops for employees
Requirements
- You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), IT systems administrator (m/f/d) or IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification with sound practical knowledge in the IT world
- In addition, you have sound and secure knowledge in the professional handling of current Windows and Linux operating systems as well as in the configuration and maintenance of complex network technology and infrastructures
- You are characterised by your secure knowledge in administration, Ideally, you would complement this with basic knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or experience in simple programming for automated processes
- Your written and spoken German language skills at native speaker level and your in-depth experience with modern IT security and reliable backup concepts ideally round off your profile
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of strong analytical thinking and goal-oriented problem-solving skills, to grasp and solve complex issues quickly and efficiently
