Our International Donor Recruitment department forms the central interface between all Donor Recruitment teams of all DKMS entities within the DKMS family, promotes the transfer of knowledge and creates synergies.

International Trainer & Process Manager Donor Recruitment (m/f/d) (full time/permanent)
YOUR TASKS:
• Contribute to the design and content development of training modules on relevant Donor Recruitment topics, creating training plans in collaboration with all relevant interfaces and stakeholders
• Plan, coordinate, prepare and deliver training sessions for internal and external stakeholders of international DKMS entities
• Evaluate training sessions, prepare reports on the results and recognize possible areas of potential
• Receive international requests from patients, initiative groups, companies and organizations, identify opportunities that fulfill our mission
• Take responsibility for the implementation of newly developed projects, ideas or programs within Donor Recruitment, including regular analysis of efficiency and effectiveness as well as for the achievement of set milestones
• Build a strong network within the DKMS community, identify interfaces and synergies, and create decision templates to improve workflows and processes
• Organize and prepare international Donor Recruitment workshops, including presentations
• Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, traveling to a DKMS international entity as needed and independently taking on necessary training, actively supporting the maintenance of structure within the department and cooperation between relevant interfaces
• Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in international business, event management or health economics
• More than 3 years of professional experience, ideally in non-profit organizations and with an international focus
• Good knowledge of processes in the healthcare sector
• Advanced English skills and good knowledge of another foreign language
• Very good knowledge of databases an experienced in project management
• Highly developed intercultural competence and good interpersonal skills
• Distinctive team-oriented work and strong organizational skills
• Good analytical and systemic approach und high level of conscientiousness and reliability
• High willingness to travel
