Senior Machine Learning Engineer (f/m/div.)

ABOUT MATVIS

- AI Firewall: Full protection for AI applications by identifying, analyzing, and managing security risks.
- Pentest for GenAI: Automated red teaming to uncover security vulnerabilities in AI applications.

YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will:
- Design scalable ML architectures and ensure optimal selection of frameworks, technologies and cloud platforms
- Implement robust end-to-end ML solutions for diverse business requirements
- Implement MLOps for automated training, deployment and monitoring
- Integration of compliance and security standards in ML systems
- Optimization of data pipelines for efficient ML workflows
- Coordination between development teams and business stakeholders
- Technical leadership for complex ML implementation challenges

IDEAL BACKGROUND
- University degree in computer science, software development or comparable field of study with a focus on machine learning
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Sound experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Expertise in MLOps, infrastructure as code and containerized environments
- Experience in software architecture, backend development with Python and ML frameworks
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and REST APIs
- Knowledge of relational databases and ML/AI workflows
- A proactive, independent way of working
- Ability to lead teams and transfer knowledge
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English or German
