Hello and Grüessech, I’m Tobias Schürch, Division Manager at INP Switzerland. Our diverse team of around eight experienced experts supports our clients in delivering projects in energy generation, hydrogen production, and power converters. • Responsible for the design of hardware and software systems for medium-voltage drives.
• Responsible for demanding drives projects worldwide
• Creating technical documentation and schematics
• Supporting the project team with technical questions
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

• Degree in electrical engineering (TS, HF, FH)
• Experience in engineering of MV and / or HV Systems including Switchgear, Transformer, Converter/Rectifier, Motors or similar loads
• Understanding of the operation of electrical converters and drives
• Comfortable with challenging customer meetings and technical discussions
• You communicate very well in English, German language skills are a plus
• EU passport and/or valid work permit is mandatory
