As our Transportation Operations Specialist, you’ll ensure on-time deliveries, tackle operational challenges, and keep shipments on track week after week. You’ll work closely with carriers, distribution centers, and brand partners - making sure our supply chain runs like clockwork.

• Serve as the first point of escalation for transport-related issues, ensuring swift resolution.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and optimize transportation routes, balancing cost, service, and operational constraints.
• Lead operational meetings with service providers and DCs, aligning on performance, quality, and improvement actions.
• Manage carrier performance, contracts, claims, and spot quotes, driving continuous service enhancements.
• Travel for business as needed (approx. 20–30%).

• University degree in Transport, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience; 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing
• Strong knowledge of transportation modes (Sea, Air, Road), Incoterms, and customs processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Transportation Management Systems; SAP TM is a plus
• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
• Result-oriented, organized, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to perform under pressure
• Adaptable, resilient, and customer-focused, thriving in a multicultural environment
