To strengthen our team at the Überlingen site, we are looking for you as an OR Coordinator (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

• Determination of an OP plan sequence
• Implementation of Group guidelines (e.g. lock criteria)
• Contact person for wards in the event of incorrect documents and adjustment of OR quotas
• Control function of the document rooms (planned absences, vacation, etc.) for the purpose of personnel planning
• Monitoring compliance with OR statutes
• Organization of OR meetings

• Completed vocational training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) with specialist training in the OR or training as an anesthesiologist (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you already have an existing qualification in OR coordination or OR management.
• You have empathic competence, the ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment
• You are characterized by a reliable and independent way of working
• You are proficient in resuscitation measures
• Willingness to work nights, Sundays and public holidays
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
