We are looking for you as a full-time member of the management secretariat (m/f/d).

• Key position in the hospital as a central point of contact with extensive scope for creativity
• Professional, organizational and administrative support in everyday office life
• Planning and monitoring appointments for the hospital management
• Taking on and supporting a wide range of projects and special tasks for the clinic management
• Supporting and preparing the content of meetings with preparation and follow-up work

• Commercial training in the healthcare or business sector
• Ideally professional experience in the medical and commercial field
• Organizational skills and a structured, creative way of working
• Very good written and spoken German
• Representative function for the clinic, very good knowledge of MS Office and very good IT skills are an advantage
• Driving license class B
• Ability to work cooperatively and flexibly as well as a very high degree of personal responsibility and self-organization
• Confident demeanor, assertiveness and ability to de-escalate, even in conflict situations
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
