Description
- Develop detailed execution plans, resource allocation schedules, and cost estimations in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external resource orders in collaboration with the purchasing department.
- Review and consolidate ADAS functional requirements, define test cases, and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., NCAP).
- Coordinate the preparation of test vehicles and integration of required measurement equipment.
- Execute predefined benchmark test cases on both reference and competitor vehicles in collaboration with validation teams.
- Evaluate test results (e.g., CAN data), document outcomes, and compile comprehensive test reports.
- Analyse observed vehicle behaviour to derive functional implementations and provide technical recommendations to development teams.
- Present findings and propose action plans to engineering stakeholders and project management.

Job requirements
- Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of experience in ADAS testing, benchmarking, vehicle validation, or systems engineering.
- Understanding of ADAS functions, vehicle validation processes, and benchmark methodologies
- Familiarity with automotive measurement tools, CAN analysis, and test management systems (e.g., Polarion)
- Experience in planning and coordinating test setups with measurement instrumentation
- Ability to interpret functional behaviour from vehicle test data and benchmark comparisons
- Knowledge of safety protocols and data compliance during vehicle test execution
- Proficiency in tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in English and German.
- Internship or previous experience in IT within an industrial or OEM setting.
- Experience with NCAP test protocols or industry benchmark studies.
- Exposure to ADAS development life cycle and requirements management tools.
- Previous involvement in vehicle-level test execution and coordination.
