Your tasks?

• As a Working Student (m/f/x), you will support our team in the Asset and Lifecycle Management of IT components.

• You will analyze and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software, escalating tickets to the appropriate support teams as needed.

• You will assist with various tasks related to the remarketing of our IT components and the setup and maintenance of our shared desks and conference rooms.

• You will develop and implement creative concepts for our internal communications initiatives.

• Your responsibilities will include the creation and analysis of reports related to hardware management activities.

• You will support our team in the careful review and verification of financial forecasts and invoices.

• You will contribute your ideas and assist in making our processes more efficient and effective.

Your profile?

• You are a student (m/f/x) of Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• You already have experience with various operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and Linux.

• You can easily familiarize yourself with complex IT hardware architectures.

• You communicate effectively with different audiences and are eager to support our team.

• You have a solid understanding of Excel.

• You are characterized by an independent and organized working style.

• Good German and English language skills complete your profile.
