Your tasks?

• As an intern/working student (m/f/x), you will take on a central role in the organization of our diverse training offers, from careful preparation to comprehensive follow-up.

• You will immerse yourself deeply in day-to-day operations and enrich our team with your active support in exciting and varied projects.

• In addition, you will be actively involved in the research and analysis of current personnel development topics in order to derive well-founded recommendations for action.

• Insights into the exciting world of leadership development and our potential process round off your area of responsibility.

• As a contact person (m/f/x), you will provide our employees from all departments with advice and support when it comes to all topics of continuing education management.

Your profile?

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) of (business) psychology, business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable course of study and share our passion for personnel development, whereby initial HR experience is an advantage.

• You bring open and empathetic communication, a quick grasp of things and a structured way of working.

• With your proactive contribution of ideas and concepts, your high sense of responsibility for your tasks and your very good German and English skills, you are a valuable addition to our team.

• The confident handling of MS Office is a matter of course for you and you want to work regularly on site in Ulm with your colleagues (m/f/x).

Flexible working hours

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
