International Sales Manager Eastern Europe (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for sales and sales development in the sales region in the defined sales region with a focus on sustainable growth and market share expansion
- Development and implementation of regional sales strategies to open up new markets and business areas
- Identifying and acquiring new customers as well as maintaining and developing long-term business relationships with fire services, authorities and partners
- Analysing market trends, competitive activities and customer needs for strategic positioning
- Managing the entire sales process from acquisition to offer and contract negotiations through to successful conclusion
- Representation of the company at international trade fairs, events and customer meetings
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as product management, marketing, production and service to optimise customer support
Your Profile
- Degree in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in international sales, ideally in the firefighting, automotive, or special vehicle industry
- Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for innovative firefighting and rescue technology as well as complex technical solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in an international environment
- Business-fluent English and proficiency in at least one Eastern European language (such as Russian, Czech, Polish, etc.) are essential for effective communication in our target markets.
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style with a high level of initiative
- High level of intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally for customer visits and trade fairs
