Sie unterstützen Projekt- und Governance-Aktivitäten in einem komplexen, internationalen Programmumfeld und sorgen für Struktur, Transparenz und Verlässlichkeit im Tagesgeschäft.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der Projektleitung im Programm- und Governance-Umfeld

• Pflege, Betreuung und Kontrolle von Projekt-Tools und Daten

• Allgemeine Projektassistenz und organisatorische Unterstützung

• Mitwirkung bei Projektplanung, Termin- und Ressourcenmanagement

• Unterstützung im Risk- & Opportunity-Management

• Erstellung und Pflege von Reports sowie Tracking von Dokumenten und Deliverables

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im wirtschaftlichen, technischen oder organisatorischen Umfeld oder vergleichbar

• Erste Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Programmunterstützungsumfeld

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise

• Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Teamorientiertes Arbeiten auch in komplexen Projektstrukturen

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your profile

• Completed degree in business, engineering, information management, or a comparable field

• Initial experience in project or program support roles

• Structured, proactive, and independent working style

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in team-based project environments

• Business-fluent German and English skills
