Für unseren Kunden suchen wir Sie als Configuration Manager (m/w/d) – Produkt- und Variantenmanagement.
In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Nachverfolgbarkeit von Produktstrukturen und Varianten über den gesamten Entwicklungszyklus hinweg. Sie tragen aktiv zur Qualitätssicherung und Effizienzsteigerung im Produktlebenszyklus bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Verantwortung und Gestaltung von Produktstrukturen sowie Definition von Produktvarianten in Abstimmung mit Entwicklung und Programmmanagement

• Erstellung und Pflege von Konfigurationsmanagement-Plänen

• Planung, Abstimmung und Verfolgung aller Aktivitäten im Produktvarianten- und Konfigurationsmanagement

• Teilnahme an Reviews und Audits

• Planung, Bearbeitung und Durchführung von Änderungen (intern und extern)

• Moderation und Organisation von Änderungs- und Releaseboards

• Bildung von Baselines und Erstellung technischer Datenpakete

• Sicherstellung der standortübergreifenden Anwendung des Konfigurationsprozesses

• Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von SAP PLM und ECTR im Rahmen von Test- und Implementierungsaktivitäten

• Mitarbeit in internen und externen Projektteams

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (mind. Bachelor)

• Erfahrung im Konfigurationsmanagement (CM) , idealerweise nach Standards wie ISO 10007 oder EIA-649

• Kenntnisse in SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) und Serena Business Manager / Dimensions von Vorteil

• Erfahrung in Projektabwicklung, Software-Konfigurationsmanagement und Produktionsprozessen wünschenswert

• Kenntnisse im Bereich Luftfahrttechnik (Verfahren und Standards) von Vorteil

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher

• Englisch: verhandlungssicher

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamorientierung und Organisationsstärke

• Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Struktur

Configuration Manager (f/m/d) – Product and Variant Management

We are looking for a Configuration Manager (f/m/d) – Product and Variant Management to support our customer in ensuring efficient and compliant configuration control across complex product structures.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing product configurations and variants throughout the development lifecycle while supporting process improvement initiatives.

Your tasks

• Define and maintain product structures and product variants in coordination with development and program management

• Create and maintain configuration management plans

• Plan, coordinate and monitor activities in product variant and configuration management

• Participate in reviews and audits

• Manage and implement engineering changes (internal and external)

• Organize and moderate change and release boards

• Establish baselines and prepare technical data packages

• Ensure consistent application of configuration processes across sites

• Support the optimization of SAP PLM and ECTR during testing and implementation activities

• Collaborate in internal and external project teams

Your profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or comparable qualification (at least Bachelor’s level)

• Experience in Configuration Management (CM) according to standards such as ISO 10007 or EIA-649

• Knowledge of SAP PLM , Serena Business Manager / Dimensions advantageous

• Experience in project management, software configuration management and production processes desirable

• Knowledge of aerospace procedures and standards beneficial

• Fluent in German and English

• Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills

• High sense of responsibility, structure and resilience
