For our modern equipped travel agency in the city center of Ulm we are looking for you – a committed personality with a passion for tourism. You can start immediately on a full-time or part-time basis (at least 20 hours/week).

Your tasks:

• You advise our customers competently, warmly and individually.
• You book package tours, flights, hotels, rental cars and additional services.
• You provide reliable information on entry, visa and health regulations.
• You create tailor-made travel offers and research attractive options.
• You take care of booking follow-up, invoicing and payment monitoring.
• You provide support with administrative tasks and ensure smooth processes.

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a tourism clerk or travel agent
• You have at least two years of professional experience in the tourism or travel industry
• Advantageous: knowledge in the management and accounting of chain and super commissions
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• Enjoy customer contact and have strong communication and advisory skills
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for the world of travel
