Job description
- You will be responsible for the professional operation and monitoring of automatic painting systems to ensure an efficient and qualitative production process and to achieve the production targets
- In addition, you will be responsible for the independent loading and unloading of the system as well as ensuring the entire process through continuous monitoring and precise control of the system parameters
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the independent preparation and painting of individual components and entire systems using a paint gun, to achieve the required surface qualities
- Mixing and adjusting the various colour components according to the specified recipes is also one of your tasks, whereby you ensure the correct colour mixture and viscosity
- As part of your work, you support the precise adherence to technical documents such as working papers, parts lists and drawings in order to ensure an error-free painting process, and drawings to ensure error-free production and assembly
- Finally, you are responsible for ensuring the painting process and the quality of the painted components by strictly adhering to the specifications and carrying out independent quality control
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), (vehicle) painter (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
- In addition, you have several years of experience in the operation of complex painting systems as well as in the precise reading and understanding of technical drawings and detailed parts lists, which is essential for the correct execution of orders
- You are characterised by your good written and spoken German language skills, as this is essential for communicating with colleagues and supervisors in shift work
- You can also produce valid working papers
- Furthermore, you have a high level of quality awareness and reliability to ensure precise and error-free work even under deadline pressure
- Finally, you are prepared to work in multiple shifts and have a structured and independent way of working to ensure that production processes run smoothly
