Job description
- You will be responsible for the creation of individual part drawings, detailed installation drawings and complex assembly drawings to ensure smooth production and subsequent assembly
- In addition, you will be responsible for the consistent adaptation and quality-assured entry of technical changes into the existing CAD system in order to keep all documentation up to date at all times
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the correct logical parts list structure in the PDM system, build all necessary assemblies and carefully prepare all technical drawings for final approval
- The design adaptation of existing components or complex assemblies in Siemens NX and the associated 3D drawing programme is also part of your job.drawing programme is also one of your responsible tasks
- as part of your job, you will support the holistic mechanical integration of complex scaffolding kits in special military vehicles and ensure the technical feasibility in practice
- finally, you will be responsible for the active and transparent communication of all work results and technical progress achieved to the team management, in order to make the flow of information throughout the entire project comprehensible
Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as a technical product designer (m/f/d), technical draughtsman (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d) and ideally have some relevant professional experience
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in design and development, ideally gained in the complex field of plant engineering or special vehicle construction
- You are particularly characterised by your confident knowledge in the use of Siemens NX (3D & 2D), combined with the practical use of integrated PLM systems
- Your German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, as well as your good command of English, which you can use for communication in international teams or when researching technical specifications
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of resilience, reliability and a strong team spirit, which help you to keep a cool head even in phases with a high workload
- Finally, you are structured and work independently and very conscientiously on your tasks in order to ensure the high quality of the technical documentation at all times
