As Country Manager Netherlands, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Dutch subsidiary. You will drive revenue growth, lead a dedicated team through transformation, and successfully implement the global strategy on a local level, in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and central functions. The headquarters is located in Southern Germany.

• Growth & Sales:

• Full P&L and budget responsibility for the Netherlands; focus on new customer acquisition and market expansion.

• Strategic Implementation:

• Execution of global and regional strategies in the Dutch market; close collaboration with Business Units and Business Development.

• Leadership & Transformation:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team; establish a performance-oriented and modern corporate culture.

• Business Development:

• Personally manage key accounts and develop new business relationships; monitor market and competition trends.

• Administration & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local legal requirements in coordination with global functions (HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing).

• Perspective:

• Actively contribute to market growth in the Netherlands and participate in international projects.

• Dynamic, growth-oriented leader with a strong hunter mentality.
• Proven success in electrical, B2B sales, preferably in the industrial or measurement technology sector. That´s a must.
• Experience in leading teams and managing change processes.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to successfully implement global directives locally.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Languages: Dutch (native), English (fluent); German knowledge is an advantage.
