Rolle:

Our partner is a leading engineering company shaping the future of electric mobility. With deep expertise in propulsion and validation systems, the company provides innovative solutions for testing next-generation drive components.

In this position, you’ll lead the design and development of mechanical and mechatronic test rigs and actively contribute to the evolution of internal testing capabilities.

Verantwortung:

• Design mechanical structures and assemblies for propulsion, battery, and thermal systems testing.

• Drive complete design cycles including CAD modeling, documentation, and release.

• Perform strength and stress analysis, including FEA-based optimization.

• Lead supplier coordination and component selection.

• Support test setup assembly, integration, and commissioning.

• Actively contribute to process development and standardization within the design and test departments.

Qualifikationen:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, ideally within test engineering or machinery.

• Excellent knowledge of SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar CAD tools.

• Familiar with configuration control systems and PLM workflows.

• Strong analytical, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Team player with excellent communication skills.

• Fluent English skills; German is beneficial.
