Your tasks:

• Carrying out maintenance and servicing work as well as repair work on electrical systems and system components
• Installation work and supervision of building services systems
• Compliance with and implementation of legal requirements and inspections
• Coordination of external companies
• Troubleshooting, systematic fault analysis and rectification as well as optimization of system technology
• Participation in the on-call service
• Documentation of activities and maintenance of inventory data in existing IT systems

What you bring with you:

• Completed training in the field of electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Good manual skills and a strong technical understanding
• Knowledge of CAFM systems or willingness to familiarize yourself with them
• A sense of cost and responsibility
• Motivation and ability to work in a team
• Class B driving license
