Your Mission
As a Commercial Employee Apprentice in the Finance Department, you will work under the supervision of the Finance Director and take part in various administrative and accounting tasks essential to the smooth operation of the hotel.
Your Responsibilities
Accounting support: processing invoices, entering accounting data, and performing bank reconciliations
Administrative management: filing and archiving financial documents, preparing correspondence and reports
Payment and receivables tracking: assisting in the management of supplier and customer accounts
Internal collaboration: supporting the finance department and other departments with administrative matters
Participation in financial closings: assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial documents
Your Profile
Currently undergoing training as a Commercial Employee (CFC)
Interest in accounting, management, and the hospitality sector
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and precision
Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, accounting software)
Good level of French (English is an asset)
Team spirit and willingness to learn
