We are looking for a
Working Student – Creative Content Design, Internal Communications (m/f/d)
(limited, part-time) Join our team at our location in Amsterdam, Berlin, Münster, Verl or Heerenveen – flexible working conditions available to build the next generation fintech.
We’re looking for a working student to take the creative lead on internal communication projects. You’ll be responsible for developing engaging visual content that helps explain strategic and technical topics to non-technical audiences. From concept to delivery, you’ll own the creative process — proposing formats, scripting, designing, and iterating based on feedback. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape how internal initiatives are communicated across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the creative development of internal awareness materials — from concept to final delivery
- Proactively propose creative formats and approaches that best suit the message and audience
- Translate strategic and technical content into clear, engaging visuals for non-technical internal audiences
- Independently script, storyboard, and design visual content such as infographics, explainer videos, and animations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input and clarify content needs as required
- Iterate on designs based on feedback while maintaining creative direction and quality
- Contribute to planning and effort estimation across concepting, design, and delivery phases (nice to have)
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a design, media, communication, or related program
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and creative problem-solving
- Ability to independently drive the creative process from concept to delivery
- Skilled in translating strategic and technical content into visuals for non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with design and/or animation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, etc.)
- Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and iterating based on feedback
- Bonus:
- Experience with internal communications, explainer content, or change initiatives
- Experience with animation, video editing, or internal communication projects
- Experience with design concepting and storyboarding
- Online portfolio a plus
