We are looking for:
Working Student (m/f/d) – Data Analytics Team
Part-time | Up to 20 hours/week | Limited to the duration of the studies (at least 1 year)
Location: Verl or Baden-Baden | Hybrid working possible (at least 1 day/week on-site)

Your tasks:

• Support in the implementation and optimization of process analyses (e.g. user journeys in our core processes)
• Support in the development and maintenance of dashboards for data-driven decision-making
• Support in performance analysis of ML models
• Assistance in the ETL process (extraction, transformation, loading of data)
• Participation in the development and implementation of governance guidelines
• Creation and updating of documentation and best practices
• Support with training and onboarding of new Celonis users

Your profile:

• Ongoing studies in (business) mathematics, physics, (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable course of study
• Good knowledge of statistics as well as data analysis and visualization (e.g. Excel, SQL, Python)
• First experience with Celonis or other process mining tools is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of ETL processes and data management
• Interest in process analysis, process optimization and data analysis
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Structured and independent working style
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Team player with the willingness to familiarize themselves with new topics
