IT Strategy Analyst (m/w/d)

Internship OR First work opportunity

Duration : 10-12 months

As our company embarks on an ambitious 5-year strategic transformation, digital solutions are at the heart of enabling success.

We're seeking an agile and motivated IT Strategy Analyst, who is looking for a first work opportunity OR an internship. You will be based in our Headquarters in Vernier, to support the Head of Global IT in laying the foundation for our evolving digital ecosystem. From AI integration to systems architecture upgrades, this opportunity offers exposure to mission-critical initiatives that drive real business impact.

In this exciting role you will :

• Assist in shaping the IT strategic roadmap aligned with corporate objectives ;
• Support launch activities for digital and architectural transformation programs ;
• Monitor and analyze business impact of IT initiatives using data-driven insights ;
• Help prepare clear, compelling communications and reports for top management ;
• Conduct research on emerging technologies (e.g. AI, cloud solutions, enterprise systems) ;
• Collaborate across teams to identify synergies and accelerate digital adoption ;
• Participate in project meetings, track milestones, and support project management office functions.

Your success profile includes :

• Pursuing or graduated with an University degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Technology, Management or related field ;
• Passionate about technology and strategic innovation ;
• Curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership ;
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders ;
• Analytical and structured in approach ;
• Strong communication skills (both content and visual) ;
• Fluent in English. Any other languages are a plus ;
• Good knowledge of PPT and Excel ;
• Professional, academic, or extracurricular experience is a plus ;
• Exposure to a work environment is helpful but not required.
