Position Summary

As we embrace the advancements of the digital age, we understand the importance of incorporating new technologies into our finance department and activities in Nestlé. Our team is currently working on defining our future F&C Digital Landscape, with a particular emphasis on the Group Central Finance Project (cFIN) and our Payment Solution Strategy.

As an F&C Project Manager your role will be to support the execution of the F&C Digital Strategic roadmap by managing F&C projects, ensuring proper global implementation of new solutions, and driving efficiencies through innovations in tools and processes.

A Day in the Life of an F&C Project Manager

• Participate in the development and communication of a compelling and inspiring vision for the future finance digital landscape, anticipating trends and leveraging group synergies
• Onboard the organization and finance community in this vision through key strategic finance projects
• Define business requirements for the execution of the F&C Digital Strategic Roadmap, ensuring alignment with Nestlé Guidelines and market requirements
• Oversee project execution, ensuring progress aligns with the defined roadmap and priorities, and collaborating with IS/IT project managers and developers
• Optimize F&C capabilities to drive efficiencies across the organization via innovations in tools & processes linked
• Ensure ways of working are compliant with Nestle and Nespresso Group guidelines and ensure sound level of internal controls and drive adherence to the guidelines by the business

What will make you successful

• Confirmed expertise in F&C processes and management in an FMCG organization
• Prior experience in Market Controlling / Co-piloting, Tax, and/or Treasury processes is a strong plus
• Strong knowledge of financial processes (Financial Planning, Controlling & Reporting, Accounting)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in Project Management
• Good organizational and planning skills to effectively manage projects and ensure timely delivery
• Ability to redesign processes & drive change
• Interest for Digital Topics
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
