Your Responsibilities:

• Manual entry of supplier order confirmations into SAP based on received documents;
• Verification of order confirmation details, including:
• Comparison with the original purchase order;
• Documentation of discrepancies and escalation to the purchasing department if needed;
• Updating order status in SAP;
• Archiving order confirmations according to internal guidelines.

Your Qualifications:

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent;
• High attention to detail in data entry;
• Reliability in following standard procedures;
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency;
• Good knowledge of IT tools, including Microsoft Office and SAP (preferably MM module or similar);
• Good command of English; German is a plus.
