We’re looking for an Embedded Android Engineer with a strong background in low-level system development to join our team. This role focuses on hardware integration, native libraries, and Qualcomm platform development - not UI/UX or application design. If you enjoy working close to the hardware and diving deep into system internals, this position is for you.

Tasks

What You’ll Do

• Develop and integrate native Android components (NDK/SDK).
• Work with Qualcomm development platforms and SDKs on SOCs (AR1 preferred).
• Implement system-level features with C and related build systems (Rust is a plus).
• Build and maintain basic Android app functionality using Java/Kotlin for communication with native layers.
• Access and control hardware at a low level—for example, connecting USB devices and using Qualcomm HTP.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with Android NDK/SDK and native development.
• Familiarity with Qualcomm toolchains, SDKs, and SOC architectures.
• Solid understanding of C/C++ development practices.
• Hands-on experience integrating hardware drivers and system libraries.
• Optional: exposure to Rust or similar systems languages.
