As part of the second line of defense, we independently monitor trading activities and support local compliance teams across the Group. • Conduct real-time checks on market manipulation, personal account dealing and conflict of interest, including escalation and reporting duties 
• Support the governance and development of markets compliance standards, advise first-line functions, and collaborate with local compliance teams across the group 
• Participate in Desk Reviews and build expertise in relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID, Benchmark Regulation) 
• Deliver and maintain markets compliance trainings and ensure training materials are up to date 

• Minimum 3 years experience in capital markets, law or compliance  
• Educational background in Banking, Economics, Finance or Law 
• Strong knowledge of capital markets products and related regulatory requirements 
• Very good negotiation and presentation skills in English (German is a plus) 

• A meaningful role with impact on Group-wide markets compliance standards

• The minimum wage for this position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.860,76 gross per year (on full-time basis). But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
