We’re on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our growing product team. In this role, you will take ownership for product execution and prioritization within our technology-driven product landscape, working closely with engineering, sales and product leadership.

Tasks

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, sales and marketing to ensure shared understanding, alignment and efficient product execution across the organization.
• Translate Product Strategy into Execution: Work with product leadership to turn product strategy and direction into clear, prioritized and execution-ready product roadmaps.
• Product & Platform Prioritization: Evaluate market, customer and partner requirements together with engineering, assess their impact and feasibility, and decide which initiatives become scalable platform capabilities versus customer- or project-specific solutions.
• Market & Competitive Insight: Continuously monitor market developments, emerging technologies and competitive dynamics, translating insights into concrete product opportunities and improvements.
• Enable Clear Product Decisions: Proactively identify areas of disagreement or ambiguity and resolve them through structured communication and clear product decisions.
• Support Internal & External Stakeholders: Provide structured product input, support product-related questions, and enable internal teams and external partners with clear product communication.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

• Technical Background and IT Savvy: Technical degree and experience in electronics, hardware or software environments, combined with strong, practical IT knowledge.
• Product Management & Product Thinking: Proven Product Management experience with the ability to translate market, customer and partner needs into clear priorities and value-driven product decisions.
• Market & Competitive Awareness: Strong understanding of market developments, customer needs and competitive dynamics, translating insights into meaningful product improvements and prioritization.
• Structured Decision-Making & Alignment: Ability to work closely with product leadership to define clear decision structures, evaluate trade-offs transparently and turn strategic direction into execution-ready product decisions.
• Team Player with Organizational Skills: If you’re someone who thrives in a team and can juggle multiple tasks seamlessly, you’ll fit right in.
• Customer-Centric and Flexible: High customer orientation and the ability to adapt are keys to success in this role.
• Communication Pro: Excellent communication skills in English are non-negotiable. We’re talking top-notch verbal and written skills. German is a plus.
• Ready to Travel: This job will take you places, literally. Be prepared to travel as needed.

As you know, due to the collective agreement, we have to mention the official minimum salary, which is € 3.175,00 gross monthly.
