Your tasks
- Assist in defining the initial specifications and testing methods for high-density wiring, based on our prior research
- Lead efforts to characterize and benchmark the developed product at room temperature and at millikelvin temperatures inside a dilution cryostat
- Simplify or modify the testing methods to make them suitable for long-term deployment outside the research environment and for incorporation into HUBER+SUHNER's production process
Your profile
- Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics
- Experience in research, development and characterization of microwave components, interconnect solutions, etc.
- Practical experience with RF test equipment (e.g., vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.) and with data analysis and interpretation
- Theoretical and practical understanding of signal-integrity concepts (crosstalk, shielding, Johnson-Nyquist noise, etc.)
- Familiarity with quantum computing and cryogenic systems is an advantage English is the primary working language
