Proclinical is seeking a Junior Biotechnologist to support manufacturing activities in a clean room environment. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and contributing to the production of pharmaceutical products. You will play a key role in upholding safety and quality while collaborating with the manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning of manufacturing areas within a clean room environment.
• Disinfect materials before introducing them into clean rooms.
• Compile GMP documentation related to cleaning activities.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to meet production needs.
• Ensure each batch is produced in a safe, clean environment, adhering to batch instructions and quality requirements.
• Conduct training activities for relevant areas and support new team members.
• Operate, set up, and clean production facilities, equipment, and premises for liquid and freeze-dried drug forms.
• Perform tasks such as parts washing, autoclaving, filter integrity testing, and visual inspection.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in a GMP environment.
• Proficiency in English or German; knowledge of both languages is preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures, and SOP execution.
• Strong teamwork and effective communication skills.
• Organized, focused, and detail-oriented working style.
• High motivation and a proactive attitude.
• Basic IT knowledge is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work day shifts and potential shift work.
