Proclinical is seeking an Expeditor to join a dynamic team, focusing on ensuring timely delivery and efficient coordination of procurement processes. This role involves maintaining accurate reporting systems, managing supplier communications, and supporting order management. The position is remote, with an expected start date in early November to facilitate a handover process.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update material-package reporting systems within the Project Procurement Plan.
• Ensure desk expediting packages meet On-Time Delivery (OTD) KPI targets.
• Manage timely receipt and distribution of Supplier Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) to stakeholders.
• Notify suppliers promptly regarding delayed MPRs.
• Coordinate with third parties for expediting interventions.
• Share weekly expediting intervention plans with stakeholders.
• Support order management by processing expediting-related invoices.
• Generate and manage MIS reports for the department.

• Data analytics and reporting expertise.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
