EMEA Intercompany Sales Manager

Location: Basel or Visp

Travel: Up to 40% of your time will involved traveling within Europe

As the Intercompany Sales Manager for EMEA, you will lead strategic intercompany sales activities that drive revenue, strengthen internal partnerships, and ensure seamless transactions across regional business units. In this pivotal role, you will shape sales processes, optimize cross‑functional collaboration, and support the growth of a business area that contributes significantly to Bioscience performance.

What you will do

  • Lead intercompany sales planning and execution across EMEA

  • Negotiate and manage intercompany agreements in line with policies and regulations

  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase revenue

  • Build strong relationships with internal partners across business units

  • Improve sales processes and systems to enhance efficiency

  • Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions when needed

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales and financial data

What we are looking for

  • Experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects

  • Strong financial skills, including modeling and business case development

  • Experience in strategic planning and business process improvement

  • Proven success managing projects in a commercial environment

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar sales, intercompany, project or program management role
