The actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed.

This role is critical to ensure robust performance of the Visp Supply Chain organization and Visp as a site for all supply chain related matters. He/She works with the rest of the Visp Central Supply Chain team to ensure the organization impacts the right financial leavers across the different verticals in scope for the site. The incumbent is accountable for Supply Chain related financial reporting within the Supply Chain organization, Visp and corporate. This role plays a key role in management of operating working capital and improvement of all financial related metrics for Visp Central Supply Chain. The person will be responsible for establishing the right reporting, governance structure and performance management frame for Visp Central Supply Chain value management related areas.

He/she works particularly close with the Central Supply Chain Operational Excellence and Material Management analyst teams internally as well as Platform Supply chains and Controlling organizations.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to replenishment strategies supporting WIC goals, material planning and execution, logistics, and portfolio segmentation.

• Contribute to the "Visp Supply Chain Orchestration” governance framework for all financial topics within Visp Central Supply.

• Own and drive the supply chain finance pillar within site Sales and Operation Planning.

• Hold Central Supply Chain teams accountable for financial performance, especially operating working capital.

• Produce all required financial reporting for the Visp Central Supply Chain scope and ensure consolidation with cross‑functional teams.

• Partner with SCM functions to ensure robust value assessments, process adherence, and continuous improvement for financial performance.

• Collaborate closely with the SCM PMO and Transformation teams to ensure financial rigor across SCM projects.

Key requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields.

• Proven experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning/Scheduling, Purchasing, and Finance.

• Strong proficiency in SAP MM, Power BI, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Collaborative working style with strong stakeholder management abilities.

• Demonstrated change management experience.

• Ability to navigate complex processes and systems in a pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical environment.

• Experience leading large international project teams and working in both direct and matrixed structures.

• Expertise in supply chain finance.

• Customer‑ and supplier‑focused team player.

• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
