Proclinical is seeking a Logistics Specialist to evaluate and enhance operational processes, policies, and systems. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for improvement, streamlining workflows, and recommending changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Assess current methods of operation, policies, and procedures to identify inefficiencies.
• Audit workflows and propose revisions to improve standards and production.
• Recommend updates to forms, reports, material handling, equipment, or office layouts.
• Suggest simplifications to computer systems or other tools to enhance functionality.
• Provide recommendations on organizational structure to eliminate duplication or overlapping functions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills to assess and audit operational processes.
• Ability to propose actionable recommendations for process improvements.
• Familiarity with workflow optimization and organizational restructuring.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and tools to streamline operations.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
