For our biopharmaceutical Drug Product manufacturing facility, we are currently looking for students and young graduates who would like to do an internship in the pharmaceutical industry.

Duration: 10-12 months

What you will do:

• Assist in daily manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting, investigations, and process optimization
• Perform data collection and statistical analysis and coordinate process improvement projects
• Plan and execute manufacturing study protocols and write reports
• Review, update, and translate standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement new process technologies

What we are looking for

• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
• Academic background in natural sciences (e.g., biology, chemistry, biotechnology)
• Interest in gaining practical experience in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Results-driven and solution-oriented personality
• Strong analytical skills; familiarity with documentation and data analysis tools is a plus
• Proficiency in English; German language skills are an asset
• Passionate about seeking a career in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
