Operational Scheduler
We are looking for an experienced Scheduler to lead end‑to‑end planning for operational readiness activities within the PCP manufacturing building in Visp. In this role, you will own program schedules, manage workload and resource planning, and drive alignment across internal stakeholders.
Tasks:
Develop, maintain, and track E2E operational readiness schedules (non‑CAPEX).
Manage resource workload planning for PCP operations.
Lead cross‑functional meetings with QA, QC, Ops, MSAT, Plant Engineering, and support teams.
Ensure schedule accuracy, progress tracking, and timely updates.
Support additional operational tasks beyond scheduling when required.
Qualification:
5+ years of relevant experience in scheduling or operations planning.
Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (full autonomy) and solid Excel skills.
Curious, data‑driven mindset with the ability to build and refine schedules.
Confident leading discussions and challenging assumptions to ensure realistic timelines.
Proactive, structured, and comfortable facilitating cross‑functional alignment.
