What You'll Do:

• Leading, assessing, coaching and developing employees

• Embodying our Culture of Safety, Quality, personal development and constant learning and improvement

• Setting priorities and prioritising resources to meet deadlines

• Participation in the investigation of deviations and improvement projects

• Guarantee of security, GMP compliance etc.

• Creation and timely implementation of training plans

• Comparison of cross-company process steps (relationships, dependencies, processes)

• Administrative tasks such as managing shift handovers, inspections and creating instructions

What we're looking for:

• Several years of professional experience as a shift leader, deputy or system specialist in pharmaceutical, chemical or biotech production

• Ideal candidates will have a chemical/biopharmaceutical education (CPT) or equivalent training, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemical Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience will also be taken into account.

• Structured, focused and organized way of working, solution oriented, assertive and motivated, working independently with a flexible and resilient mentality

• Extensive knowledge of production processes and interrelationships in a large production area with detailed knowledge of all process steps, systems and high attention for Safety and Quality

• Proficiency in English (written and oral), German would be an advantage

• Commitment to work in shift (4-shift system)
