Proclinical is seeking a Process Engineer to support the development, enhancement, and implementation of systems that optimize service or production processes. This role focuses on ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness in process design and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency across all phases of service or production processes.
• Oversee process design projects, ensuring safe and efficient operations for product or service production.
• Design processes and equipment aligned with budgetary constraints and cost-effectiveness.
• Evaluate existing processes, recommend improvements, and configure manufacturing systems to reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and boost productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Establish best practices within the production process.
• Implement methods and process designs, create prototypes, conduct testing, and make necessary modifications as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in process design and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate and improve existing processes for better efficiency and sustainability.
• Experience in creating and testing prototypes with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
