Senior Beverage Closure Development Expert (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

• Gather and analyze market requirements for plastic beverage closures
• Define product scope and create detailed product specifications
• Develop innovative closure designs in close collaboration with our product design team
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise sampling during the pilot phase
• Initiate, monitor, and evaluate internal laboratory tests
• Conduct and support line tests at customer sites
• Lead cross-functional development projects from concept to industrialization
• Act as key technical contact for customers and suppliers throughout the development process
• Ensure alignment between closure design and beverage filling line requirements
