We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our finance team. This is a mid-level role, ideal for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on AP experience, ideally across multiple countries and regions.

You’ll play a key role in processing incoming invoices, handling VAT-related matters, managing vendor master data, and supporting the broader finance team in regular payment operations.

We are located in Walldorf and require the new team member to work onsite for the first 2-3 months. After this initial period, we offer the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of incoming vendor invoices in a workflow system (SAP-Fiori)
• Recurring invoices/Direct Debits (Rent, Insurances etc), creating document for posting
• Travel Expenses – checking, coding, posting according to tax rules and Vistex Policy
• Maintaining Vendor Master Data in collaboration with the global Finance Team
• Reconciling of Open Item List and G/L-accounts
• Payment runs in SAP and manual runs and processing of payment in the bank account
• Archiving of all vendor invoices and travel expenses in electronic form
• Assisting with the VAT Returns regarding reverse charge cases
• Checking VAT-Ids of new vendors
• International AP and VAT support for multiple countries in the EU
