• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related fields
• Computer skills: A basic knowledge in programming in (Python, JS, GitHub) is required, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Building experience with low code no code platforms
• Language skills: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently and to prioritize effectively
• A growth mindset and ownership mentality
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and readiness to adapt to change
