We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
As the Business Transformation Partner for Corporate Processes & Information Technology (CPIT), you help bring SAP’s transformation priorities into the daily work of the CPIT organization. You support executive-level topics and translate SAP’s transformation goals into communication and engagement activities that people can understand and act on. These goals include accelerating strategy execution, simplifying the way we work with AI, and increasing AI adoption across SAP solutions. Because CPIT serves as SAP’s first reference customer, your work contributes directly to how transformation is planned, communicated, and carried out. Through clear communication, structured change support, and organized project coordination, you help teams stay informed, aligned, and prepared for upcoming changes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translate SAP’s and CPIT’s transformation goals into clear messages that support understanding, adoption, and readiness across teams.
- Create consistent and easy-to-understand storytelling that explains the purpose, expected outcomes, and progress of transformation activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and track internal communication and engagement activities that help guide teams through ongoing changes.
- Support CPIT leadership by preparing communication plans, timelines, and materials that keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Organize executive-led engagement sessions and ensure standardized preparation, delivery, and follow-up, so employees know what priorities and changes mean for their work.
- Highlight key CPIT achievements and project milestones to demonstrate progress and reinforce trust in the transformation journey.
- Maintain and improve CPIT’s communication channels, tools, and templates to support transparent, reliable, and well-structured change communication.
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of transformation-related projects, including stakeholder updates, progress tracking, and preparation of communication deliverables.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a colleague who is motivated to grow, communicates clearly, and feels comfortable working in an environment with senior leaders.
- Interest in AI-driven transformation, supported by coursework, projects, internships or first practical experience, and motivation to work on process excellence and change management topics.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into simple and clear messages for different audiences.
- Collaborative mindset and confidence to work with senior leaders and cross functional teams, combined with the openness to learn from experienced colleagues.
- Proven project ownership through managing and completing smaller projects or work packages with clear goals, timelines, and outcomes.
- Problem solving skills, structured thinking, and a focus on measurable results.
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, communications, information systems, or related fields
- Experience in business partnering, employee engagement operations, workforce transformation, internal communications and program management, or change/adoption – ideally in an IT/technology environment.
